Does Netscape Enterprise Server 3.6 support server side includes?

I went to the netscape site and it appears includes are not supported until version 4, but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure if earlier versions of Netscape support includes, but you need to ask yourself if it really matters. Probably 0.5% of the web population uses Netscape 3x.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I work for State of AZ and the agency hosting our web uses netscape 3.6

I'm revamping the site, but dont want to hard code the header/footer in every page.

we have netscape enterprise server 2.01 on our webserver and it does support ssi. you have to go into server administration, then click on the content management tab. then scroll down to the parse html option. just check the parse files with .shtml option and click ok. since you're on a much newer version, these steps may not be entirely accurate...
