Just read this article in BBC:

Claims that the Olympics 2004 site meets all the accessibility requirements, so I ran Bobby through the entry page. Didn't pass the tests:

Interesting to note that even basic things like a text link to Choose a Sport (which is done using a drop down list) was not made available. So, no scripting, no quick jump to the sport.

It's interesting to note what people classify as making a site accessible to all. This still looks like a two tier system to me.
