Need forums/blog free programme

I'm sorry in advance if this is the wrong place for the forums, there are so many that it is quite overwhelming.
My question/ request, is that I am looking for a programme of system which has forums and a blog (free without advertising and custimsable) for my website. I dont want it to redirect the user to a different web site either.
I also need the login process to be "remembered" across my entire website e.g.
the use rwon't have to login again to post a comment on the blog after they went off the forums.
I also need the registration process to be automated.
I know this a lot to ask so if anyone has any ideas about one of the above or all of them I will be very grateful.
