At some point we must have gotten on Yahoo's spam email list, although I do not see us on any other spam list as of this writing.
The problem is that our CUSTOMERS who pay us for orders and email subscriptions are frustrated and we give refunds because of the Yahoo problem.
We even tell our visitors that Yahoo does this and to please either "whitelist" us or not use a Yahoo email address.
We are working with Yahoo, but it has taken so far over a month. They ask us questions, we answer them, they ask more, we answer them. It goes on and on.
They have a program I think called "domain keys" which we are looking into.
Does anyone have experience working with Yahoo on this type of problem?
