Recommend a CMS for a Ecommerce Store

Can you recommend a content management system for an ecommerce store? I want to easily add new products to pages with images and descriptions.

If you are looking for a CMS with added e-commerce functionality you might want to have a look at Jommla and it's extension VirtueMart. Both are free.

If you are looking for pure e-commerce script then along with those listed by holmescreek there are also other ones like Avactis or CubeCart. OSCommerce is pretty old and quirky to modify but has loads of extensions...

joomla/virtumart options are endless. Have a look at joomlart and several of the template sites. They have excellent options
