OpenAds Stats Problem

I'm having a problem with the stats on OpenAds.

On several campaigns that have impression limits, I can see that their impression total is decreasing correctly. But when I look under their stats it says just 4 for the hour. Although I personally saw at least 10 of that ad in that hour.

Could the decimal place be off?

How do I fix this?
