help on BBColde....... in PHP

Hello!
BBCode: Bulletin Board Code
I am developing a forum and want to add a feature in reply to thread box,
that , user can add tags (e.g. can bold or italicise ) to/the text. means suppose a user enters url to an online resource in his reply to thread , he/she can add <a> tag, this performs its functionality , i.e. make the hyperlink .

any body is there to help, any online resource?

Not sure what feature you are after. Do you need a function to parse the bbcode into html?
