Firstly, if you're too young to get a job you'll be very hard pressed to get any work on here. The Marketplace (http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=49) is a job board for many people on here, and if you're looking for work it's where you need to go. If you are going to do work on here though you'll need to be open about your age.

It's not as easy as just asking someone to give you something to do, doing it and getting paid for it. You'll need a portfolio, some previous work under your belt and proof that you're able to take on the work. To be honest you're probably better off getting a part-time job. I'm not really in a position to tell you what to do though, but if you're going to go for stuff in the marketplace I'd have a game plan sorted out.

You just want to get paid.. You need to have something to offer. Take up web-design, graphic art, etc. This might be a good place for you to see what kind of services people are in need of. Hit the books.

Ask yourself - "What can I do?" and "Would someone pay for it?"
If the answer is "I can do x,y or z" and "Yes" then you are onto something!

There are a lot of forums out there that have job listings for moderators paid or unpaid. If you are interested in some pocket change, the forum in my siggy is looking for moderators. Just post in the intro forum saying you want to be one. I don't know if thats the kind of job you are looking for but its just a suggestion.

I hope you find something soon.

Learn a lot before you do what I am about to suggest. Register and sell domain names, preferably one at a time until you build up a cash reserve. A lot of young people do this successfully, but even more people buy worthless names. Do your research and then register a name, then sell it.
