    Adsense Ads...removing publisher id

    Hi, I would like to remove my publisher id from my adsense ads to comply with another sites' TOS but when I do so, I notice that my adsensae ad units stop rendering ads and, in one case, actually disappear. Isn't there an alternate id I can specify like, xxxxxxxxxxxx, or something that will remove my adsense id while still rendering ads? Thanks...

    I thought there was a legal way to remove your adsense Id and replace it with something else so your ad units will still render ads but you can, for instance, work on your site or post your site on ebay...stuff like that...

    Google do not permit any changes to the Adsense code. The most that you can reasonably get away with is to change the capitalisation etc so that the code validates under your selected Doctype but strictly speaking even that is against their terms of service.

    put this somewhere on your code...

    google_adtest='on';

    It delivers the ads but does not count them financially speaking

    ^ hehe....you are very kind

    How can you make such questions? Its obviuos that if you remove ID you will see zeros in your account the next day, or maybe if your main goal is to show ads for free...

    No reason to do it and anytime you change code you could get banned

    Seems rather strange that you want to use Adsense ads on your site and not get paid. That's the first I have heard of something like this happening.
