On Directory Standard Submission Rules(SSR) and Anchor Weight

Anyone heard of Directory Standard Submission Rules?

It would seem that here, only your website name is allowable for the title. That is, you can't use your keywords as part of the title (unless your sitename is the same as your important keyword).

If PR is not that important... And links from such directories have little or no anchor weight, unless if your site name is the same as your important keyword, then why should I waste my time submitting to such directories that use SSR?

Targetted traffic for your niche?

If you're submitting to "Bob's big collection of web links" that allows anyone to submit and only gets traffic from other submitters then you are wasting your time even if they allow custom URL text.
