I have a few websites that will be earning good money with google adsenses. I also have a few other websites that only get like 100 hits a day. Would these be bad to put on the google adsense account and hurt my cpm so I'll get less money from my "top money making websites"?

Less traffc will not harm your eCPM.

I have multiple websites that I am putting my good adsense ads on since google doesn't let you have more than one account. One of my websites is my business partners and mine so we split the ad profits 50/50 the problem is I can't seem to find a detailed report where it tells me exactly how much money each ad(in theory each website) made. I made separate ads/codes for each website. Is this possible to do?

Create url channels.

In the reports overview page click "top channel" link. It will show reports of your active url channels and custom channels (if any). You can click on url to get a detailed report.
