    Making a Drop Down Menu a Fixed Width

    Actually I have three questions (two of which I'm not sure you can answer here...but I'll try anyways)

    1) How can I make the width of a drop down menu a fixed size?
    2) I'm putting these drop downs in my Blogger Blog...are the "Keywords" within these drop downs just as indexable by Google as they would be if they were just HTML links on the page?
    3) Same as question 2 only change "Keywords" to "Web links"

    Here's the sample piece of code I'm working with:

    <script language="JavaScript">
    <!--
    function MenuRedirect(menu){
    var itemselected=menu.options[menu.options.selectedIndex].value;
    if(itemselected=="") return;
    var menuitem=itemselected.split(";");
    if(menuitem[1]=="0") self.location=menuitem[0];
    if(menuitem[1]=="1") top.location=menuitem[0];
    if(menuitem[1]=="2") window.open(menuitem[0]);
    }
    //-->
    </script>
    <select name="somename" size="1" style="font-family:@Arial Unicode MS; color:#8F8F8F; background-Color:#EFEFEF;" onChange="MenuRedirect(this);">
    <option value="someweblink">someword</option>
    <option value="someweblink">someword</option>
    <option value="someweblink">someword</option>
    </select>

    Use this instead of your JavaScript version.
