How quickly does a keyword change take to go into effect?
After some research and reflection I've changed the keywords for a couple of my sites. How long does it usually take for those to filter into SEO results? Days, weeks, months?

2 1/2 hours and 49 seconds usually.
No one can really awnser this. Well google can, but thats not the point..
It matters what your changes are. If you went from "get car insurance" to "car insurance" than it will take some time and some more link building. But if you went the other way the big G might pick that in less than a day. That matters on how well your site get spidered.
Your best bet is to build backlinks with your new keyword and sit tight

2 days to 8 months. Depends on when Google scans your page and then there's a delay until they get it integrated into their search database.
