Go into your theme's template files and look for a file called footer.php (that is where you want to put the footer links). As for the other question, I'm not really sure since I don't deal with ecommerce and WordPress (not yet anyway). Though you may want to consider going to Write > Pages and creating a new page that way and putting the necessary code in there.

You should be able to modify your theme's footer.php file easily enough. WordPress lets you write pages as well as posts. Right now "search" doesn't include pages, but it is planned for an upcoming version. For clickbank, maybe this plugin is what you need? http://www.wp-plugins-db.org/plugin/...ffiliate-plus/
