PHP resources?

Does anybody know of any good PHP resource sites with tutorials/examples/links to scripts etc? Ive been coding perl for a while now and i want to learn more about PHP since i hear it has better performance. thanks.

We have some PHP articles and tutorials listed in our directory at: http://www.articlecentral.com/cat.asp?deptid=32

But our research shows that there are not much of high quality resources available about PHP.

Maybe we did bad research so any pointers to valuable php articles, tutorials etc. would be interesting.

Here are some of the pages that I frequent:
http://www.phpBuilder.com - These guys have a great support forum and lot of links to other php sites.
http://www.phpwizard.net - Has a few, but very good php resources.
http://www.php.net - Has the manual (with comments) online.

When I was first setting out learning php these three sites helped a lot.

I suggest: http://www.hotscripts.com ...It also has Perl, JavaScript, ASP, etc.

I hope to start writting some articles on php & MySQL from my experiences with using it on several large sites.
