    Question RSS feeds duplicate content?

    Is it problematic with regards to duplicate content to have your RSS feed published on sites other than your own?

    I prefer to only have feed listed in rss directories not let others use feed on thier own sites.

    Since your site will be the one that gets credit for being the original source it doesn't really matter.

    ah so Google gets what the original source of the feed data is? Provided it is properly syndicated of course, not talking about scraping or stuff here.

    Yep. That's a key element in how they filter out duplicate content.
