WOW! A "Santa (scare) Crow"?
That wreath looks like it is hanging on a church door. If so that would make it Holy Holly.

Yeah, most of the houses here in Belgium have Santa's hanging from ladders or ropes and are peeking into windows. They look like they are going to break in. When we first saw it last year, it definitely puzzled us.

The door is actually my front door. The doors on the houses here are all very heavy and very unique too. You don't just go to home depot and buy a door.
