I don't think this is possible, but I was wondering if there's a way to determine what keywords you rank high for. I know this sounds funny, so let me explain more on this. What I mean is, those keywords that you didn't really consciously optimize for, those that you rank high for naturally. Is there any way to know them??

Google Webmaster Tools should give you the information you're after and I'd also suggest you sign up to Google Analytics to monitor all activity on your site if you aren't currently doing so.

I check my stats for search terms used by visitors. every month i see heaps that i thought would have anything to do with me. i then put them in keyword checker by digital point to see what im ranking for these obscure keywords.

Some are complete surprises though and im not sure how my site was found with those keywords.

Also google analytics works well as the others have said.

With the google Analytics you would be able to trace the keywords through which you get the traffic, which is most IMP.
