I want to start put ads on my site.
I have around 5000 uniques, 20000 visits monthly and growing.
It is unique content regarding programming and design.

How much eCPM should I expect from this kind of site? (Adsense and other generic CPM programs)

Which CPA programs do you recommend?

I think, you can choose some specific product, and promote it and get affiliate payments, for example some library, some software resources, some IDE software, etc.
