    Is This Possible?

I'm looking at buying a website. It is a .info site that contains many articles on different subjects. The owner says he has owned the site for 1 year. It is averaging 116,000 visitors per month. He sent me screenshots of revenue and traffic. They look legit. However, when I search google, yahoo, etc for this site, it does not come up in the search lists (even when I type in the exact name of the site).

Also, the site has no Alexa rankings. Is it possible for a site with this much traffic not to show up in google or yahoo searches when I type in the exact name of the site. And is it possible for a site with this much traffic to not have Alexa data?

    Thanks.
