Yup, but I'd put an '&' instead of a comma between the two sets of years, followed by a fullstop (2004-2005 & 2005-2006.).

You can't be "currently studying" in past years.

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED attended THE TEACHERS' COLLEGE IN TABUK IN THE ACADEMIC YEARS 2004-2005 & 2005-2006

Yup, but I have a hunch he wants to use his own words as much as possible.

    Teachers'

The inverted comma shows ownership. It's placement after the S shows plurality...

Teacher's College = The college of the teacher

Teachers' College = The college of the teachers

That depends on how that college uses it.

If you google the two terms, teachers college is used almost twice as often as teacher's college including many legitimate colleges that use one or the other.

I would use teachers college, because the college is not owned by the teachers, it's rather a college for teachers.

    /Edit

Also if you search for Tabuk teachers' college on Google, it's spelled Tabuk teachers college just about everywhere.

God college just looks like it's misspelled to me every time I write it lol
