I just want a something-or-the-other that will allow people to fill in a simple form to provide me their email address...

I read a lot of the posts via a search... and now I better understand that you guys mostly make a lot of money, and I struggle to make even $11 a week.

I have a bit of brain injury... literally.

So I hate it when I get into one of those things that is circular and I can't get whatever and then next day I start getting SPAM.

So... I hope I can earn a little with my site without the mega stuff...

Try Feedburner or Feedblitz. I'm using it for my internet marketing site at the moment. Still testing though.
