    accessibility and dhtml scroller

I'm planning to use a crossbrowser/platform dhtml scroller for my site to scroll content in a <div>.

However, i'm concerned about accessibility and "Section 508" issues with this?

    Any advice, experience with this?

As far as I know, as long as your DHTML thingie is text, it won't make a different for accessibiliy as it will be read by alternative browsers as text.

In terms of usability however, you just have to make sure you offer an alternative to browsers that cannot support dhtml, css or javascript (or all of them combined).
