Good windows based remote backup software?

We are looking to replace the remote backup software we run in the office here.

We basically need something that will run in the background on every desktop in the office, and automatically backup all files to a remote ftp every night.

We currently use Cobian, but are having too many problems with it not being able to handle large files (200mb +).

Anyone have any suggestions? What do you use?

    Windows XP or Vista?

If Vista it does that automatically every hour of all files on the computer, this is called shadow copies. You then can setup a daily backup to a NAS (I don't think FTP is possible out of the box.) and it will run at the desired time in the background. Also Vista only backs up what has been changed since last time if I remember correctly.

For XP or third-party I cannot advise as I have no experience there but I use Vista's backup features at home and have been very happy with it.
    Logic without the fatal effects.

We run xp in the office here.

The files need to be off site, not much point backing up to a server located in the same building.

Anyone got any remote ftp suggestions?
