Problem with IE7 rendering. I'm totally lost :(

I am programmer (coding non web projects) but I had to code a site.
I have no idea how the "new" (for me :P) IE7 renders so I have a problem with this site:

    http://blaucomunicaciones.com/lab/opi/opi-uji/

All browsers render fine but IE7. Any tips?
    Thanks

Only IE 6 renders the page as intended because of height in #localizador and #mainbox
Remove these instructions (and hack IE if necessary) and IE 7, Opera, Firefox, Safari will render it better.
You will still have to find why #footerbox doesn't appear in Firefox (maybe invalid code).

    Height is still perfectly acceptable.

However, IE6 and below treated height as min-height so any content that exceeded this forced the container to stretch.

IE7, Firefox, Opera and Safari are much more up to date with web standards and treat height exactly as they should and will render an element at that height.

Removing height gives an element height: auto; which allows the content to control the height of it's container which is much easier to manage.
