recover some table with backup file

I use this code to backup all table in database

    shell > mysqldump –u username –ppassword --opt database_name > backup.sql

and when I want to recover data into database

    shell > mysqld –u username –ppassword database_name < backup.sql

This method has result all table in database

If I want to recover only 1 table, how shoud I do?

Copy the portion of `backup.sql' that you wish to restore into a new file and use that file in your restore commandline instead.
