Lightbulb Radeon 9600 and my 22 inch monitor not working - Help needed!

    hey,
    I have a radeon 9600 graphic card and a 22 inch monitor (HG216D - Hanns-G).

Problem: Monitor only works good on highest resolution. If i set it anything below, it will start pixalating.

    Monitor: Driver Installed
    Graphic Card: Drivers installed
    OS: Vista

I think my graphic card should be able to support the monitor. But, not sure, i'm not a hardware person. Can someone tell me some infomration regarding my hardware and if both are compatible?

    Thanks!

LCD screens really don't work very well on resolutions lower or higher then there native. It looks like this screen's native is 1680x1050 anything lower then that will result in a very bad picture. But if your graphic card software is capable you can adjust that so it centers on lower screen resolutions.

Since you have ATI I assume you have the catalyst control panel so give me a moment and i'll show you those settings.

Doing this will allow you go to lower resolutions with out getting pixelited images, however you get a much smaller image.

i dont see "scalling options" in the control panel.

When i change the resolution, the text and images becomes blury.
