Form Submit Buttons

I have made the following page

I want to make the form submit buttons on theb right hand side exactly the same size as each other

Is that possible

Something like that will make the buttons fill their container. You could also apply a width in 'em' so that they're a fix width but this would also allow the button to grow if the text is enlarged... you'd obviously need to make the button wide enough to cater for the text though.
