    Layout Breaks in FF

    Help --- again! I haven't needed too much lately, but I am stuck with this issue. In IE I can downsize the screen without issue, but in FireFox the top banner images break and scroll horizontally in a weird fashion.

    If anyone can shed some light on how to resolve this I would be greatful!

    Hi Dave,

    I'm seeing the same behavior in IE and in Firefox so I'm nor sure whether we are looking at the same thing.

    If you don't want the nav to wrap then you will need to give it a width. e.g. #nav {width:920px}

    It all depends on what you want to happen

    Thanks Paul. In IE 6.0 the problem does not appear on my local machine. What version of IE have you?

    What I see happening is the top part of the "book" shifts --- is that what you see?

    HI Dave,

    If you are talking about the Nancy's blog text then you just need to set a min-width for that element.

    Code:
    #wrap {
      min-width:1000px;
    }
