You can't. With all the work you think would go into that, I think you'll find no-one would give it out for free.

I assume that your still looking for the info. On the main page of the vixy.net site, they have 2 links to the Converter engine and source code for the script.

Maybe this isnt what your looking for? Correct me if I'm wrong.
