CPX Interactive trying to pull a Zango

I've seen quite a few CPX Interactive banners that bear a striking resemblance with Zango Cash banners. I.e. scantily clad women with the tag line "do you want to see the rest of her?", or "the best clips of Britney's screw ups". I didn't try to click on them but could CPX try to build up their own distributed Zango Clone and copy their business model? I am pretty sure these banners will take you to a download link and you will agree to get the cheapo content for pop up or "related" ads.

Did anybody else notice that?

They just resell the Zango service and create their own banners for them. Nothing special.
