value of a link?

I need to find out the value of a link.

Say for example I have 100 outbound links on a PR1 domain. the links are no more than 2 clicks away from the homepage. the value of each link on this site say is worth say .01 Prollars (pr currency).

In order to spread the same value (.01 Prollars) as one link on the above but on a domain that has a PR2, how many outbound links can I put so that each one has a value of (.01 Prollars).

likewise on a PR3 domain how many links can I put on it so that each one has a value of (.01 Prollars)
etc. etc for all PR1-10

So Im looking for a graph that shows the values of links from a domain as such:

PR1 / 100 Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR2 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR3 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR4 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR5 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR6 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR7 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR8 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR9 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars
PR10 / ??? Links : each with a value of .01 Prollars

The general consensus is that the PR scale is logarithmic with each increase in PR level being valued at somewhere between 4 and 10 times greater than the previous level.

It's called PageRank - not siterank or domainrank.

Toolbar PR is a measurement of the page you're visiting - not the domain!

Actually you can't predict on how to compute google's algo because google updates their algo regulary to stabilize their security.

Actually you can predict PR as the formula is published (the dampening factor may have changed but it's close enough). So if you had enough data (e.g. Google's index) you can actually compute PR.
