My Web Search Engine

Hello Everyone,
I am working on a web search engine and am looking to add sites to it. It will probably be ready in a month or so and will be a part of a BIG site. The Search Engine is now in the development stages and I am adding sites to the directory.

If anybody wants their site in the directory / search engine,
e mail rohitshankar@bplnet.com with name of the site, keywords, description. I will add it to the directory after reviewing it.

Also, do I need to take permission from sites for adding them to the list ?

You donot need any permission from the site owner to add their site to a directory over the internet because legally if they have put it on one serch engines or place then they want others to reach them.
