Hi -
I just did a theme for a client in WP because they had a lot
of content that would need to be updated. Wrote an .html
tutorial w/ screenshots on the left of the admin panel & corresp.
directions/tips on the right.

[I'd post the thing but am too lazy to re-write / re-do to make it
contain no pers. info. about the client...]
They've had few questions so far & I'll be on hand for a month
or so to answer them/help out but it seems to have 'taken' ;-)
It's a quick way to get them the basics - and as someone said,
incredibly simple to tweak depending on the customer.

Yep. I've done it several times, and when you factor in the travel time, it's taken up to 6 hours. There's also the fact that I have to repeat the same things over and over some times because the clients assume that I'm speaking in some really complex technical terms, when I'm not.
I would much rather hand them a document, have them read it and practice with it, and then come to me with any questions.
