I have a form where I have a select box and if the person selects NO then I want another 2 input boxes to appear underneath. How is this done???

You can do it crudely with innerHTML by injecting the whole select string inside of a box

Or you can do it elegantly with DOM and creating the select elements.

The first is easy and i'd recommend that way, once you learn more about javascript you could take advantage of JS's DOM.
