Hi, can have a system(CPU) beep sound through JAVASCRIPT??

JavaScript has limited access to the browser and no access to the operating system and is therefore several layers of security away from being able to get everyone in the world annoyed at you. If you do figure out to do it please leave a message as to which hospital you want to be placed in so that those with the baseball bats know where to visit to finish the job.
