Javascript Windows Position changes with scrollbar !

Well,

I have created a windown using DHTMLmenu .. and i have set the position say to : top 200px, left 200px"

the problem that when i move the scroll bar to down .. the position changes ..


actually, it doesn't cchange ... but it's relative with the browser's top .. not with the website's top !

i have read some about this problem, some said i have to change the position to " fixed " but it didn't work for me + it doesn't work with IE7


I thought i might make the position related to other div or something ..

like : stick to the bottom of " div2 ", so no mattre where is the scrollbar .. the window till stay sticked to the bottom of div2 ..

or stick to its top + 200px .. is the same ..


so any ideas ? or any help ?
