Weekly Photo Challenge - Windows
I really loved our door thread and I'm equally intrigued by different windows. Let us take a peek through yours!

It's a couple of years old, it was winter and I just had gotten a new camera.

Thanks Crazy, you would love this garden, soon you will have yours set up as well
, but you have to get through the snow first. The Lilac is one of those things I miss a lot.
Here is a picture of the same spot of garden, the window from above is on the right. You see the little pink flowers there, they are Mexican Corral Vine. When you let them grow wild, they can take over a whole tree, even a garden. Their roots are like huge spiders with long legs, crawling underground, the sections of those *legs* have large tubers for storing nutrients. Once you have them, you can never get rid of them. I like them a lot, but many people can not handle the wildness.

Thank you Andy
I had hoped that more people would show their views. But so it is. Here is another window. This one is where I sit on my computer, right in front of it. This is also where the squirrels chase each other up and down the trunks. I have never been able to catch them with the camera. The bark of these trees is rough, so the woodpeckers are frequent guests as well. It is nice to sit within nature like that.

I'll have some soon. I took one today and I have to go through some of my previous photos. It usually takes me forever once i start looking through them!

Great
But you know, I think if you take the right angle, the right time of day etc., there could be something interesting. Close cropping and reflections maybe, cranks, peeling paint. All of those can be interesting in a photo. It is amazing sometimes how the camera glamorizes.

That is the purpose of some photography indeed, to make something out of the ordinary

Yes they are on every window in this apartment. They add a little character to the place.

Mine isn't very exciting or artsy but I liked the little mural across the windows.
