Loggin features for a Mac G4

How can I set up password protection or loggin features on a G4 every time it starts up?

Keychain does it but it only restricts access to other linked computers on the network. My problem is that, mine is the only mac in the whole company and it is constantly messed around with. So every morning, some of the extensions have been misplaced, files moved from their location and so on.

Can I protect by setting a loggin feature with restricted user access? Thanks

    hey montse,
Why don't you ask this question at The Computer Help Desk? I think you'll get more responses.

in OSX its the Login menu in the System Preferences. Uncheck the auto login and it will stop at the login screen and you have to enter a password.

    Thanks to both.
I've posted this message onto the suggested forum and I will save your answer, Scud, for when I am running OS X.
Unfortunately at the moment some of my software does not work on OS X yet, so I am forced to use 9.2. Thanks for your help.
