colorzilla only picks a color and then tells me color code. What I need is, a tool to punch in a color code, and then it will display the color. I installed colorzilla, but can't punch in hex color code to display the color?
Ans: Yeah you can do this. Make sure hex is not in short form 3 letter characters.

You can try TopStyle Lite. I also have TopStyle Pro installed so I don't know if it's using its own palette tool or borrowing TS Pro's, but it supports a larger list of color names - the nonstandard ones. So #ADFF2F returns GreenYellow.
I was playing around with the palette tools in other editors I have, and PSPad's Color Translator tool seems to be the easiest to use with support for a lot of the non-standard color names as well.
