3 Column Finesse

Hi all,

I'm trying to polish a layout that uses the 3 column CSS. My problem is that it degrades FAR from gracefully. It's one of those that looks great on my widescreen monitor, but I'm afraid that it breaks when it's resized.

I could use any help/tips you have to offer. Here is the link to see:

It sure breaks on resizing. If you can post a layout it will be easier to suggest fixes.
