    Footer CSS Question

Hi, I have issues with a site I am designing and the footer.

    http://pentate.com/flash_v3/connect.php

Click through all the links and notice how the footer jumps around. Is there any way I can consistently have it show up in the same place all the time? Please help.

It's not so much your footer is jumping around as it is the content of your clients page. In FF on Windows, the footer appears in the same place (relative to the content) in all but the clients page. On the clients page, you have a lot of space between the content and the footer (looks like the height of the parent box around those two is too tall), and there is too much space to the left of the content area. Once you fix those two problems, it should take care of your footer jumping around.

You should check out the Firefox Web Developer plugin. The outline options can be extremely useful for those kinds of problems.

I have that. I understand what is going on. It has to do with min-height attribute.

Obviously, the content is only going to be as long as it is. So if there is no content the footer still needs to display under the outline.

Get rid of the top: in #Footer in the CSS on the Client page.
