- Border without 3D -

again your trouble

I hope I can explain my question;

Like header.. any table's border (made with Dreamweaver) should be flat (solid), cos the default borders (3D) don't look imposing for me.. I can't create new table cos I've done already and it has so much rows&columns, if I create new one, I know I'll take pains with it... But I have one made before, I may change it and make borders flat.. Border: 0 doesn't satisfy me, it hides all borders...

May I? if possible; How?

Don't apply borders using deprecated code.

Within your html leave the table element as

<table>

Then within your css apply the border using

table {
border: solid 1px #000;
}

If you want to apply the border to the individual cells then you'll need

td {
border: solid 1px #000;
}

Whilst to collapse the cells you'll need to apply

border-collpase: collapse;
