If you switch the green and blue value it should give you what you are looking for. (So, for example, if the color is #00CCFF, switch it to #00FFCC).

Same Colour Shade
Yes, but it's a shade of specific shade of blue that I need to change to a specific shade of green?
Are there any web tools available on the net, that gives you a range of colours based on the colour shade you enter, using RGB values?

Switching the Green and Blue values will change a specific shade of green to a specific shade of blue. By doing that, the luminosity and saturation stay the same, and only the hue changes.
For those that don't know, hexadecimal color values are in the format of RRGGBB, where RR is red, GG is green, and BB is blue, with each color ranging from 00-FF (0 to 255 decimal).Xazure.Net - My Blog - About Programming and Web Development
