It looks pretty good - but I would get rid of the blue bar. Make it another color because it immediately stuck out to me. You have blue no where else on your page, you see. I'd also try to work some orange into your logo so it matches the rest of the page that uses it.

It's kind of grating when the fade script's shift in hue is so severe.

The complimentary Blue and Orange look great, in my opinion. Also, I really like the chromatic grays. Very tasty.

I really like the look and color scheme, very good job. I find the navigation a little to indistinct, it kind of gets lost in the page.

Section 004 has a couple typos:

'Welcome' is mis-spelled as 'Welome'

Then it says:

"A place where designers can express their opinions on topics that are interest to the design community. It's also a place where graphic enthusiast can learn different aspects of graphic design."

It should read:

"A place where designers can express their opinions on topics that are of interest to the design community. It's also a place where graphic enthusiasts can learn different aspects of graphic design."

Figured you may want to fix those, since it presents your site more profesionally.
