    Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function func()
    {
    	el=document.getElementsByName("r")
    	for(var i=0; el.length>i; i++)
    	{
    		if(el[i].checked==true){ break; }
    	}
    	location.href=el[i].value
    }
    </script>
    </head>
    <body>
    <form>
    <input name="r" type="radio" value="http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=505161" checked />Sitepoint<br />
    <input name="r" type="radio" name="r" value="http://www.yahoo.com" />Yahoo<br />
    <input name="r" type="radio" name="r" value="http://www.google.com" />Google<br /><br />
    <input type="button" onclick="func()" value="Go!" />
    </form>
    </body>
    </html>
