Navigation padding --- problem!!

Hi all..

Having a bit of a problem with my navigation here:

Some of the words are shorter than others, so a broad padding-right wont place all the words , where they need to be in their grey tabs...
(grey tabs part of background header)

Ive added a class to the "camps/gradings" with a padding-left and tried margin-left to shift it across a little, didnt work!

Any ideas??

You could add the padding to the link instead of the <li> tag.
