    possibly from the News Gothic font family.
    looks very close to News Gothic Std on my comp...only your example is slightly wider.

    This looks like "Calibri". A coworker uses it all of the time in MS Word. I'm not sure if it's a web supported font or not though

    That is a scanned in dot-matrix printout from a thermal printer.

    It was not created using an existing built-in font on our computers.

    It might be possible though to find a font that simulates it well enough.
