I was asked to find out if it is at all possible to get the "time until fired" from an interval that has been set up:
Code JavaScript:
var interval = setInterval(...);

We have an action that is fired every 2500 milliseconds unless it is stopped (in which case we use clearInterval(interval). I would like to be able to change that to "pause" instead of stop, so that when resumed the timer doesn't recycle, but actually pick up where it left off.

Is this possible using intervals? If not, is it possible using another method?
