    Question CSS Flash alignment and Z-Index

    Ok I have a problem with some CSS.

    Im attempting to set a div with a flash element as a header, it has drop down sections so the z-index must be higher then the rest of the elements so these drop downs can overlap the content of the site.

    It all works fine on Firefox but not in IE6, seems to just jump off the page.

    Any ideas and help would be fantastic thanks!

    Heres a link to the page http://www.matt-adamson.com/dev/bio/index2.php

    Here is the code for the div containing the flash

    HTML Code:
    <div id="stanelco-header">

      <script type="text/javascript">
    AC_FL_RunContent( 'codebase','http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0','width','940','height','260','src','images/menu','quality','high','wmode','transparent','pluginspage','http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer','movie','images/menu' ); //end AC code
    </script>
    </div>

    Here is the CSS
    Code CSS:
    #stanelco-header{
    	z-index:1000;
    	position:absolute;
    	top:0;
    	width:940px;
    	height: 121px;
    	overflow: hidden;
    }
    #stanelco-header:hover{
    	height: 256px;
    }
